Venue Rental

When comparing venue rental fee + food + beverage, Wren's Roost is one of the most affordable and charming venues in the Finger Lakes area.  That means with a small budget (making great use of our included decor and naturally beautiful space), a large budget (with amazing florals, a designer dress, and a well-known wedding planner), or anything in between, Wren's Roost may be the ideal fit for your wedding day.

Additionally, Wren's Roost does not have a food and beverage minimum, a guest count minimum, or a china requirement. ​​

One Day Rental: 2022

  • Friday 12:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.  $4,500

  • Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. $6,000

  • Sunday 12:00 p.m - 10:00 p.m. $4,500

  • Weekdays* 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. $2,500 Monday - Wednesday 

Two Day Rental: 2022Exclusive Use of Venue for Ceremony and/or Reception

  • Friday 12 p.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.  $8,500     

  • Thursday 12 p.m. - 7 p.m. and Friday 12 p.m. - 11 p.m.  $5,500

 Please note:

 We do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with Wren's Roost listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract. Approximate insurance cost - approx. $190.

Is there a food and beverage minimum, guest count minimum, or china requirement?

No.  Many venues have minimums because they make a 10 - 20% commission from the caterer based on how much you spend on catering. We choose NOT to make a commission because we want your food and beverage options to be as elegant or affordable as your budget allows. Additionally, we do not have a china requirement. (Honestly we love many of the beautiful and affordable disposable options available today! I can't even count how many times we have had a sample of these at the venue and touring couples didn't even know they were disposable until they touched them!)

What's Included in the Rental


  • Exclusive access to the private venue and grounds

  • Use of our fire pit - including wood

  • Wren's Roost team members onsite throughout the evening to assist in making magic happen

  • Two ceremony locations (the choice between the new bridge/pond location with chairs or under the tent in case of inclement weather)

  • Multiple spots for photos that will last a lifetime

  • Tables and upgraded white wedding chairs for 200 guests setup to your specifications

  • Wine barrels, high top bar tables and stools, various outdoor furniture.

  • Bridge, waterfall with creek bed, and 1 acre pond.

  • A loft area for bridal party to get ready, perfect for pictures

  • Indoor bathrooms (main level wheelchair accessible)

  • Large bar area with refrigeration for drinks

  • Caterer's prep area which includes a commercial fridge, two prep tables, and an industrial sink

  • No hidden fees (There are no additional Wren's Roost service fees and taxes are included. Our only additional optional fees are related to trash pick up with Impact Earth to promote proper recycling, composting, and waste management and we do require event insurance with Wren's Roost listed as the additional insured.)

How many people can you accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 200 guests. You'll have use of the barn and a tent with clear side walls. Our clients choose us for many reasons, but having the option to use both indoor and outdoor space is something that sets us apart. Our private property has expansive views and plenty of space to utilize how you want.

What amenities does the property have?

Wren's Roost is private property with no neighbors in view. When you rent with us you have exclusive access to the property. Offered are several ceremony sites, a newly built barn with over 3000 sq. ft. of covered space, a 40’x60’ tent with clear side walls, 2 bathrooms, a caterer’s kitchen, a Bluetooth sound system with KEF speakers inside and out, a bar with a 3 tap kegerator, custom farmhouse tables and chairs, a fire pit, a patio, a babbling brook spanned by a wooden bridge, a one acre pond, numerous Adirondack chairs and benches... and plenty of natural splendor for your backdrop and amazing photos!
